The company subsequently announced its decision, effective as of the second quarter of 2006 to realign its business by combining the Networks and Government and Enterprise Mobility Solutions Segments into a new organisation called Networks and Enterprise. Motorola's common stock is listed on the New York and Chicago Stock Exchanges.
