Bezeq is Israel’s largest telecommunications service provider. Bezeq and its subsidiaries offer the full range of telecommunication services including domestic, international and cellular phone services; broadband Internet and other data communications services; multi-channel television; leased lines, and corporate networks. The main subsidiaries of Bezeq are: Pelephone Communications Ltd (cellular services); Bezeq International (international communications and Internet services); DBS Satellite Services (YES) (TV broadcasting); and, Bezeq On-Line Ltd (call centre services). In October 2005, the State of Israel sold a 30% interest in the Bezeq Group to Ap.Sb.Ar. Holdings Ltd (the Apax/Saban/Arkin consortium). Bezeq's shares are quoted on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange under the symbol BEZQ.
