The Lattelecom Group (formerly Lattelekom) is the leading provider of electronic communications services in Latvia. The company offers integrated electronic communications and IT solutions, as well as telecommunications and network design and installation services. Lattelecom also provides data transmission and IT infrastructure solutions, Internet and contact centre services, and outsourced business process services.

The Lattelecom Group is made up of SIA Lattelecom, SIA Lattelecom BPO, SIA Citrus Solutions, SIA LSS, and SIA Lattelecom Technologies (and its subsidiary SIA Baltic Computer Academy).

Lattelecom was founded in 1994, when the government of Latvia formed a joint venture with TILTS Communications, which is owned by Sonera Holding BV, a subsidiary of TeliaSonera AB. Lattelecom became the incumbent operator in Latvia, and held a monopoly on the provision of basic telecommunications services until January 1, 2003.

In May 2006, the group's companies were united under a new corporate brand. The company's registered name was changed from SIA Lattelekom to SIA Lattelecom.

As of June 30, 2006, Lattelecom was 51%-owned by the government of Latvia and 49%-owned by TILTS Communications.
