TEO Group (formerly known as LietuvosTelekomas) is the largest provider of the Internet, public fixed-line telephony, data communication and other services in Lithuania. Five other subsidiaries make up the TEO group: UAB Lintel is the largest provider of Call Center services in Lithuania. It also provides Directory Inquiry Service 118, telemarketing and customer care services. UAB Lintel also holds 4.67% of TEO shares (treasury stocks). UAB Baltic Data Center is an IT outsourcing company that offers management services for corporate customers in the Baltic region. UAB Baltic Data Center also has a subsidiary in Latvia – Baltic Data Center SIA. UAB Voicecom owns the right to use a national NMT-450 analogue mobile network. VsI TEO Sportas, which sponsors the Lithuanian women's basketball team and operates a sports club, ZEBRA SPORT in Vilnius. Finally, UAB Kompetencijos Ugdymo Centras provides training and consultancy services. TEO was created in 1992 as a state-owned company and was later privatised in July 1998. As of December 31, 2006, Amber Teleholding A/S, a wholly-owned subsidiary of TeliaSonera, held 60% of the share capital of TEO.
